Terms of Service

Teoku AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform at teoku.com (the “Service”). The Service offers mock interview simulations, drill question grading, and scored performance debriefs for users preparing for finance and consulting recruiting.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All feedback, scores, interview questions, and coaching content generated by the Service is produced by AI language models and is provided for practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional consultation.

AI systems can make mistakes. Feedback may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You should not rely solely on AI-generated feedback to prepare for real interviews or make career decisions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We store your account data, resume text, interview transcripts, and usage information using the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (user profiles, interview sessions, usage events)
• Anthropic — AI language model provider for interview simulation and grading
• Deepgram — real-time voice transcription for spoken answers
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized usage events)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Your resume and interview content is transmitted to Anthropic for AI processing. By uploading a resume or starting an interview, you consent to this processing.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for genuine billing errors. To request a refund, contact us at support@teokuai.com within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI model weights or system prompts
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive actual interviewers about your genuine abilities
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

The Service and its underlying technology are owned by Teoku AI. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your resume). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific interview outcome will result from use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teoku AI’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
